May Newsletter 2022

Dear friend:

Now is the time to honour Mothers, especially our mother nature, within whose laws we exist for the purpose of self-realization and God realization.  Take time today to celebrate the feminine principle in your creation, your life.

Springtime brings a gradual renewal of growth as the seasons progress from year to year.  With climate change, all five elements have become disturbed and now all show indicators of lowered immunity.

Space has its own metallic litter, air is poisoned by over-pollution, fire is disturbed by overheating from  global warming, water is disturbed by plastics and chemical threats, and earth element has been affected by short-sightedness leading to misuse of lands and forests.

Fortunately, Ayurveda has provided management wisdom to help restore all five constructing elements of the cosmos and the individual.  Our collective consciousness may have ‘forgotten’ this wisdom, however it remains accessible to the seeker.

As individuals, we can govern our food and lifestyle choices and share with others the basic principles of balance, learned from our Ayurveda teachers.  Collective consciousness can be raised, as many experiences of group meditations have proven.  Our teachings say that even one individual with perfect remembrance of the divine is enough to save all creation.

SPRING FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS
Now is the time to update our commitments to ourselves and our beloved planet.  This is the appropriate time to update our personal program.  For updating, or even initiating, your optimum program, now is the time for consultation and follow-up.

Now is also the time for family members to understand the benefits that you have received from your Ayurveda program and join you in constitutional strengthening.  May all beings be happy.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.  Indeed it’s the only thing that ever has”.
Margaret Mead

Testimonial:  “In only two weeks on my new program, I’ve already noticed skin improvements, digestive ease and lifelong constipation is much improved.  From passing my bm every few days to now twice daily is restoring my clarity, enthusiasm and joy.”
V.A., retired therapist.

Nothing is mine in this world.  All is His alone.  He has given prana, parents, children, home, identity and capacity for seva.  He alone gives Prem, the real golden love.

All will perish while He alone remains the Life and maintains All.  The only longing here is to liberate from suffering and delusion.  Shame and praise are equal, loss and gain belong to the world.  Grace is His alone.

Purusha is considered as the ultimate masculine principle, translated by Dr. Lad as Conscious Passive Awareness, while Prakruti can be translated from Sanskrt as Nature, Creation,  or Will.
