Thank you also for providing feedback on this year's significant reforms, and on the day-to-day operations of NSW's land title system. We are very grateful for your sharing of expertise and experience to help make the system better. Thank you and we look forward to working with you all again in 2022. For now, we have just a few final updates below for 2021. Our office has extended the temporary COVID signing measures in the Conveyancing Rules, which were otherwise set to expire at the end of this year. New community land laws in force. The Community Land Development Act 2021 and Community Land Management Act 2021 commenced on 1 December 2021. The NSW Government has tabled a report in Parliament setting out the outcomes of the statutory review of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 and Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and making recommendations for improvement to both Acts. NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) and Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs) have notified customers of the business arrangements over the Christmas & New Year 2022 period. Our office will close from Friday 24 December 2021 until Friday 7 January 2022.
