Enabled by Trust and Relationships - o.d.t. Engineering

Culture-wise, o.d.t. Engineering looks after its people, and as a result, the company retains loyal, hard-working employees.

In order to hire and retain the right staff, management has adopted more of a flexible workplace model. Whereas in the past only administrative staff may have worked part time, that flexibility has now filtered through to other areas of the business, including the shop floor.

Read more about how o.d.t. Engineering has adopted flexible work - ensuring a workforce for the future.
