GeneratER open innovation challenge program GeneratER Program opens opportunities for local SMEs At a recent end-of-year event, NERA announced the SMEs who successfully secured pilots with Chevron Australia as part of the GeneratER Program. WA-based Elk Fish Robotics and Cumulus Projects will collaborate to design a drone that will be able to fly into hazardous areas to investigate abnormal situations through onboard sensors, and Compliance Monitoring will design an automated, remotely monitored sensing and data tracking solution for use on Barrow Island. NERA also launched Round Two of the GeneratER Program, which offers Western Australia’s SMEs the opportunity to partner with Shell Australia by identifying solutions to reduce and recycle waste. The free, online search engine now features more than 70 hydrogen research initiatives from 25 leading research institutions across Australia, helping to identify cutting-edge capability spanning the hydrogen value chain and unlock new partnership opportunities. Showcase your H2 capability on HyCapability HyCapability is the go-to portal to discover hydrogen equipment, technology, and service (HETS) capability in Australia. Don’t miss your opportunity to promote your organisation to domestic and international markets. We also encourage registered businesses to register their interest in their local hydrogen technology cluster to assist with mapping regional hydrogen ecosystems and supply chain capacity.
