Can you believe it? The new webstore is finally here! And it only took us "two weeks!" (Haha... not!) We do very much apologize for the delays, but hope that you'll find that the wait was worth it. Let us tell you about some of the features and give you some tips for how to get the most out of what the store has to offer.

Our new webstore features portals for both consumers and retailers. Both types of customers will want to start by creating an account in the system. Retailers will then need to follow a couple additional steps to request retailer access. For both groups, having an account will allow you to:

• Order 24/7/365 from home in your PJ's
• Use the Quick Order Form and saved payment and shipping information for speedy ordering
• Upload a CSV file for lightning fast orders (retailers only)
• Take advantage of a wider variety of payment options (including Net 30 terms for pre-approved retailers)
• Track your shipment
• See your order history

Once you have made your account, take a look around. You will find that there are a variety of menu options to help you navigate, and that collections include specialized navigational help on the left side of the page. You will also find more information and links at the top of many collection pages.

Also notice the little gift box in the middle of the right-hand side of any page. This is where you will find your specials. For consumers, you will find that the gift box automatically adds your free-with-purchase Silver Jubilee Gift, and tells you how much you saved when you try one of our bundle deals. For retailers, this gift box will indicate how much you are saving off of MSRP, and will automatically apply our standard free shipping when you reach $200. Also, RETAILERS: this month only, the gift icon will give you an automatic additional 10% off and free shipping on any size order, as extra incentive to give the store a try.

We will continue to make incremental improvements to the site over the next couple of months, and will add new products, pre-order opportunities, and more soon, so check back often!

Unfortunately, there are a couple of trouble areas. First, we will still not be able to ship any orders to the UK at this time due to issues with Brexit and shipping laws. We hope this will change soon, and we apologize. Second, although the old store is still available right now to browse and see your order history, it will be permanently going away in a few months. So please take the time to login to the old site now and download any order history you don't want to lose. And finally, there will most likely be some glitches over the next few days or weeks, so please feel free to contact feedback@looneylabs.com to report any issues or offer suggestions for how we can make the site better. Retailers: we are still working towards showing UPCs on invoices, adding the free POP Display at $150, and providing a master product file for your POS systems... stay tuned! And consumers: we are still working on pre-orders and discount codes for Extra Life... stay tuned!

Finally, we want to let you know that we are now nearly fully moved in to our new warehouse. These lovely folks will not only be doing nearly all of our storage and shipping, but they will also be taking over much of our customer service and billing as well. Don't worry, Alison will still be here helping out with replacements, gameplay questions, and more, but if you have a problem with your order, you may hear a new voice answering the phone to help. Please let us know if you have any issues with invoices, shipments, or anything else during this transition time. We are very pleased with our new fulfillment center's friendly, accurate, and efficient services, and we hope you will be, too!

Whew! If you read all of the above article, you now know why we've gotten behind elsewhere. And unfortunately, that has affected our Silver Jubilee plans this quarter.

First of all, it kept us from posting images of all but one of the Q2 Raffle items. We thank the 164 of you who have played along anyway, and we want to assure you that images of the rest of the items we will be giving away will be up within the next couple of days. For those of you who missed the Q2 Rare Item Raffle, not to worry. The Q3 Raffle will be starting up in mid-July, with all-new prizes, so stay tuned!

Next, we have not yet put up the list of June events. That, too, will be corrected within the next couple of days, so keep an eye out for that email, ticket-holders!

Speaking of ticket holders, we are pleased to announce two exciting new ways to participate in events! First, since half the year is over now, we are reducing ticket prices to just $10 for all 40ish remaining events. What a deal! Second, if you just want to come to a few events, you can do so FREE if there is still space remaining. You will still need to RSVP in order to reserve your space. Links to the RSVP forms will be provided on the event description page. Come join us! We've been having a blast!

The final thing we got behind on again was social media contests. We do apologize for not getting any up this quarter, but rest assured there will be several in Q3, so keep an eye on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts!

We did actually provide some new giveaways this quarter, though. Click through to see the newest coloring page additions and the online puzzles we created for you. We hope you enjoy them, and plan to offer a whole lot more fun this summer!
