Announcements

R U OK? Day

Today is R U OK Day and we're encouraging our surf lifesaving community to ask this question that could help save someone's life.

This year the message is 'Are they really OK?' Ask them today'.

Your offer of genuine support could make the world of difference for someone going through a challenging time. You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener.
