Read on to discover the latest news, events and updates this February. ![]() UALSC Tutor Survey results![]() Thank you to everyone that completed the tutor survey. We have taken all of your feedback onboard. You can now see the results of the tutor survey on the Tutor Hub homepage. ![]() UALSC Tutor Meetup Event![]() Thank you to all those who attended our recent tutor meetup event. The full event recording is now available to watch and can be accessed on tutor hub homepage, accompanied by some extra video resources (linked below). ![]() Top Tips![]() We have a new Top Tips document available on the tutor hub with information about how to make your resources (word docs and PPTs) accessible to learners with additional needs or who use a screen reader. In addition we have a document on how to manage learner work with concerning content. You can find this document in our Tutor Hub on the 'Teaching Resources' webpage under Teaching Top Tips. ![]() Marketing your short course![]() We have updated the information about how we market our courses on the tutor hub, with information and guidance on steps you can take support this. You can find this document in our Tutor Hub on the 'General information' webpage under 'Marketing your course'. ![]() Student work sharing![]() We encourage you to remind students to tag #UALShortCourses in posts, reels, stories or TikToks sharing their work and their experiences on your course! This is a great way to ensure we are sharing the success of your students and the brilliant work they produce. The marketing team will often repost student tags and, in some cases, reach out to students for interviews so we can share the positive outcomes while studying with you and UAL Short Courses. If you have any students that have gone on to do anything interesting, then we would love to reach out and share their story to promote your course! The induction slides contain a prompt about this, along with completing the feedback survey towards the end of the deck.
