HLH update: WHO Initiatives: This month's spotlight: WHO Quality Toolkit WHO has just released the new WHO Quality Toolkit, which provides tools to improve the quality of health services, gathered together for the first time, from across different programmes at WHO. This new online resource is a user-friendly toolkit to support action on improving the quality of health services at every level of the health system, from national and district to facility and community levels. Quality Health Services: a planning guide. The planning guide provides a roadmap for taking action across the health system to improve the quality of health services at the point of care, while the Quality Toolkit offers practical tools and approaches that can support implementation of the necessary actions. HLH Network of Networks: Pulse – Pilot launch of Health Worker Peer Support Programme Pulse is the go-to platform to create, connect and collaborate at the heart of the global health partnership community. The platform has recently launched a peer support networking tool which allows users to volunteer to participate in peer support, find other health workers to engage with, and detail their experience and expertise. If you are interested in sharing professional skills and expertise, listening and discussing global health with interested colleagues you can join the network in many different ways – find out more here.
