Arrival Day is almost here! We look forward to welcoming returning and new families to campus on Sunday. Please feel free to join us in the Tiger's Den anytime between noon and 5:00pm to register and connect with staff, coaches, and faculty about your students enrollment. The day wraps up with an informal Welcome Mixer for families at 6:00pm at the Engineering Arts courtyard located on State Street next to the Studio Arts building.

Note that all students are required to complete a Pre-Participation Physical annually with the form signed by the physician. This form is included in the enrollment packets linked below.

Our Transportation Team is Ready to Meet Your Student at the Airport
When you put your student on the plane to Salt Lake City Airport know that they will be met by Mel or Abbi from our transportation team. Watch for them in their "Wasatch Academy Transportation" shirts!

Thank you to everyone who has provided their student's travel information. If you have not, please let Abbi Kennedy, our Travel Coordinator, know about your student's travel arrangements by completing the Travel Details Forms included in the Arrival Day Travel Form.

HELPFUL ACADEMIC INFORMATION

 

CLASS SCHEDULES
All returning students should have received their class schedule for the 2023 - 2024 academic year. For questions please contact our Registrar, AnneMarie Lund. 

All new domestic students will receive their class schedule for the 2023 - 2024 academic year on Sunday, August 27th. International students will connect with their ELL faculty to develop their schedules after arrival.

POWERSCHOOL 
PowerSchool is your access to all of the information available about your student's grades, grade history, link to Meet the Teacher, attendance, schedule (MySchedule), tuition invoicing, and more. Access to PowerSchool is located at https://wasatchacademy.powerschool.com/public/. 

Access for current families is the same as in previous years.

New families received an email last week with the information needed to create your account including the student's name, access ID, and access password. 

If you have not received this email, cannot find your account, or want assistance navigating PowerSchool, please email Jason Yang or  ParentSupport@WasatchAcademy.org.

NEW STUDENT EMAIL ACTIVATION
Last week students and families received information on activating student's Wasatch Academy email. Returning students should still have their active email address. If your student needs assistance, please email support@wasatchacademy.org or visit IT on Arrival Day in the Student Center.

Pack your camping gear and bring it on Arrival Day. The class of 2024 is going to Moab for hiking in Arches National Park, biking, rafting the Colorado River, and camping out.

All 12th grade and post graduate students will participate in this 3-day camping experience.
