2024-25 Annual Review Webinar

Thank you to all who attended the Annual Review Provincial webinar on Thursday, November 28th. The webinar provided an overview of the 2024-25 Annual Review process, including the objectives, values, participants, and timeline and resources available to support the process. The webinar hosts provided guidance on the submission process through a live demo of the online submission form and addressed various questions from the attendees.

You can access the slide deck here. The recording is available on the 'Webinars' tab of the Facility Engagement website.

We appreciate the time and effort that goes into completing the Annual Review and look forward to hearing about your work, achievements, and future engagement plans.

FEMS Tip of the Month

This month, we are covering a small tip on the differences between the mobile app and the full desktop version of FEMS.

The mobile app was developed to be accessible for physicians only who are wanting a quick option to put in a sessional claim while on the go.  The app does not have any functionality to claim expenses, change passwords, manage budgets and activities, or for approval of claims. We have been working with both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on updates for the app over the past month, completing a series of tasks and verifications that are required.  We expect that these will be completed early in the new year, and the app will be updated for both Android and iOS.

The desktop version of FEMS, which has full functionality, is also available on mobile devices through their browser at fems.facilityengagement.ca.  This full version has been optimized for both mobile and desktop devices.

If you have any questions, please contact femssupport@doctorsofbc.ca.
