SUMMER 2025

Dear Colleagues,

As we kick off the fall semester, here’s some of our latest news and updates from across the Division of Student Affairs.

Foremost, I'm excited to share the new Parents and Families website we recently launched in collaboration with numerous campus partners. This site will serve as a digital hub for parents and families to connect with essential campus offices and to learn about upcoming programs, events, and opportunities.

I also want to highlight our Cura Series programming, dedicated to offering students opportunities to discuss differences and foster community and belonging, and our Discover Boston College Podcasts.

Finally, mark your calendar for the Career Center's Open House on Friday, August 29. You will also find more upcoming programs and events in the Get Ready section, including the Murray Center for Student Wellness' annual signature event, Wellfest on September 10.

As always, if you are interested in collaborating, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Sincerely,

Dr. Shawna Cooper Whitehead
Vice President for Student Affairs
