Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.

This week

Sea freight queue

For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 - 6 days.

On Monday 24 April, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 1,499 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due back on Friday at 12.16pm.

Last week:  average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 27:47 hrs (previous week 33:11 hrs) and for second submissions 10:12 hrs (previous week 9:05 hrs)

 

Airfreight queue

For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 - 9 hours

On Monday 24 April, morning, there were 272 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing lodgements due back Friday at 12:46pm

Last week:  average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 9:07 hrs (previous week 7:42 hrs) and for second submissions 8:44 hrs (previous week 6:14 hrs)

 

Australia queue

On Monday 24 April, morning, there were 261 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back on Friday at 12.22pm

Last week:

Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 8:06 hrs (previous week 7:03 hrs) and for second submissions 7:50 hrs (previous week 5:53 hrs)

Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 24:14 hrs (previous week 31:20 hrs) and for second submissions was 8:59 hrs (previous week 9:21 hrs)

Addition to Low Risk Wood Product Profile Risk Profile

There has been an addition to the Low Risk Wood Product Profile list which now includes:

Brewing, Distilling and Winemaking wooden flavouring items- including chips, blocks, cubes, dominoes, powder, spirals, staves (Must be commercially manufactured).
