Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
This week
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3-4 days.
On Monday 8 January, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 488 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due tomorrow at 7:35am
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 16:02hrs and for second submissions 1:28 hrs
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 4-5 hours
On Monday 8 January, morning, there were 22 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing lodgements due back today at 9am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:43 hrs and for second submissions 0:32 hrs
Australia queue
On Monday 8 January, morning, there were 50 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back today at 10am.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:42 hrs and for second submissions 0:32 hrs.
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 11:30 hrs and for second submissions was 1:15 hrs
