Shift Messaging Service Rollout | CALVARY HOBART 5th June 2023 To: All Staff - Calvary Hobart Shift Availability via SMSExciting Changes are coming to Calvary Hobart. We are in the final stages of rolling out 'Message Media' a global messaging App that will help us streamline the way we communicate shift vacancies across various departments, both Hospital and Clinical. Message Media allows us to contact you in real-time via an SMS gateway. This is expected to commence this week. All staff mobiles will automatically be subscribed to Message Media. When a shift is available an SMS message will be sent to your mobile phone. Department Groups have been set-up for each area. If you wish to be added or removed from a Department Group please notify your manager. If you are available, the SMS will give you a specific mobile number to reply to (direct replies to the SMS are not monitored). Today, we continue their mission, in our hospitals, home and virtual care services, retirement living and residential aged care homes across five states and two territories. |
