Join us for the inaugural meeting of the 

Boston Epigenetics Society

To aid in fostering epigenetics research in the greater Boston area and beyond, the Boston Epigenetics Society will be hosting their inaugural meeting  

November 16th, 2021 at 10am – 11am EST 

This virtual meeting is open to all who are interested in attending.  

The keynote presenter will be Dr. David Sinclair, Professor in the Department of Genetics and co-Director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research at Harvard Medical School speaking on the topic of :

“Next-gen Epigenetics to Understand Why We Age” 

During Dr. Sinclair’s presentation you will learn: 

  • What causes organisms to age 

  • The role of epigenetics in aging 

  • How the aging process can be reprogrammed

The Boston Epigenetic Society has been founded to: 

  • Promote Epigenetics and Epi-transcriptomics
  • Research Foster connections between academics and industry epigenetics scientists 
  • Help promote new methods
  •  Create a support system for experimental epigenetics research
