Dear Eagles,

As we embrace the start of February and the first full week of Black History Month, there are a variety of exciting campus events planned, including the Opening Ceremony tomorrow.

Escape the winter and stay warm by stopping by the Center for Student Wellness for Tropical Wellfest on Thursday and visit the McMullen Museum to view their new Spring semester exhibits. Don't forget to mark your calendars for the upcoming Career Center Fair and BC Dining invites you to celebrate the Lunar New Year with a culinary showcase in Stuart, McElroy, and Corcoran dining halls.

Finally, let us cheer for our Eagles tonight at the Beanpot, and be sure to check your email on Wednesday for an exciting Palentines Pizza giveaway announcement!

Exhibition: "Collaborating in Conflict:
The Yeats Family and the Public Arts"
In the Daley Family and Monan Galleries | February 1–May 31, 2026

Examining the extraordinary impact the talented Yeats family had on cultural life and the public arts in Ireland during a century crucial to its history, the exhibition features over two hundred works from premier public and private collections. Paintings, drawings, prints, embroideries, books, and letters by patriarch John Butler Yeats and his children William, Lily, Elizabeth, and Jack, as well as William’s daughter, Anne, highlight examples of individual artistry.
