SIGN-UP FOR FAMILY-TEACHER CONFERENCES
Family-Teacher conferences are being held using the Meet the Teacher video platform on the following dates:

- Wednesday, January 31
- Thursday, February 1
You should have received an email on Friday, January 12th, and again today, Wednesday, January 17th with login information and instructions for scheduling an appointment with your student's teachers and advisor. If you have not received this email, please contact Sandy Hsia. We look forward to sharing your students' progress with you.
On Friday, February 9th, we look forward to welcoming all families to campus for a peek into the daily lives of your students. You can participate in classes, meals, and activities, and meet with the faculty and staff who are active daily in your student's experience. Find the schedule for the day here. After the day's activities, join us for our Lunar New Year Fireworks on the quad! Please take a moment and RSVP for the event and don't forget to mark your calendar.

UTAH ALL-STATE HIGH SCHOOL ART SHOW
The Utah All-State High School Art Show at the Springville Museum of Art is a juried exhibition showcasing the state's best 11th and 12th-grade artwork. This year, there were almost 1000 entries. Approximately 30% of the entries made it into the show. Of these entries, five of our students' pieces were chosen. These include:

- Tegan M. (Self Image, intaglio)
- Jennie P. (I'm a Fungi, stoneware)
- Wyatt P. (Sanctity in Blue, cyanotype)
SPRING College TOURS for 10th and 11th GRADERS!
Dates: April 21st - 24th, 2024
$850 Deposit Due January 22nd
We are excited to offer a college tour in the San Diego area. The student group will tour with Pathways Travel for a trip that will be experiential, educational, and fun. Last year’s trip with Pathways was great!
We will tour different types of colleges and universities, from liberal arts to large public research programs. We are considering at least 3 of the following 5 schools:
California State University, San Marcos
San Diego State University
University of California, San Diego
University of San Diego
Point Loma Nazarene University
The trip is limited to 14 students (10th and 11th graders) and costs $1,700. This includes lodging, ground transportation, food, college tours, and an excursion for fun. It does not include airfare. Payment will be made through the business office. More information will be available after sign-ups. The remaining balance of $850 (plus the cost of airfare) will be due by February 15th.

ACT & SAT PREPARATION
Each spring, Wasatch Academy offers 10th and 11th-grade students an opportunity for guided preparation for the ACT and SAT. Today we are highlighting the online options with Revolution Prep. Rev Prep will be offering free ACT and digital SAT practice exams in late January and early February to our students. More information about this program and how to register CAN be found in this letter.

John M. "Juni", #3 on the National basketball team is the athlete of the week! Juni is a senior and committed to Ohio State University next year. He's a force on the court and a leader to the team. Juni is the #43 ranked player in the country in our league. Go Tigers!

International students who find traveling home difficult during the break, there is a supervised excursion on a first-come, first-served basis. The total cost for the week is $1,500. Food, lodging, and transportation are included.

Students will hike, ride horses, go canyoneering, climbing, play mini-golf, paintball, and more.
