My Fellow Arrowmen,

I sincerely hope that your 2024 scouting season has had a wonderful start! Our program season has started out a bit slow but we have multiple events coming up, specifically our “Arrowmen on Skis” trip on February 25th, (which only has 18 spots remaining) and our 2024 Spring Fellowship from March 8-10 where we will be saddling up in true cowboy fashion with a western theme.

The best way to preserve our order is to spread the word, especially at the unit level. So as the year goes on please encourage your friends to join you on our adventures, whether that’s Arrowmen on Skis, Spring Fellowship, or even at a chapter meeting. In doing this you are not only making memories but you are making new friends and growing as leaders.

I look forward to seeing all of you with your best cowboy/western gear at Spring Fellowship!

Arrowmen on Skis
Sunday, February 25, 2024

Our Order of the Arrow Lodge, Tsoiotsi Tsogalii, is organizing a ski trip to Winterplace Ski Resort, in Ghent, West Virginia, as part of the council's hugely popular Scouts on Skis program, hence Arrowmen on Skis.

Arrowmen will spend the day skiing or snowboarding at Winterplace. Arrowmen have the option of purchasing a snow tubing experience.

Spring Fellowship

Spring Fellowship promises to be a fun, safe event for Scouts and Scouters alike to join at Cherokee Scout Reservation for a weekend of activities, fun, and celebration. Will be held on the weekend of March 8th through 10th.

This year's Spring Fellowship theme is Western!

Conclave 2024

What is Conclave?

The E8 Section Conclave is an annual gathering of over 1200 Arrowmen at a Scouts BSA camp in our Section. To summarize, it's a great weekend of fun, training, and fellowship! Conclave is made possible by physical contributions from the lodges in our Section and the Service Lodge.

Every two years the Order of the Arrow holds a National gathering to display the best that the order has to offer. This year you can take a landmark trip to the University of Colorado Boulder to see the best ceremonies in the nation, experience brotherhood like never before, and receive nationally ranked leadership training.

Interested in Ceremonies?

Our ceremony team is always looking for new members to assist in inductions and competitions! Ceremonies are a great way to get involved in Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge, whether by serving as a principle, helping with set up, or by being a torchbearer. Senior ceremonialists are always available to help and guide new members of our team.

In the month of December, we had our Winter Camp Workday. We are very pleased to announce that we had a wonderful turnout and we are looking forward to growing attendance from the Council.
