Grant funding is an ideal way to obtain equipment, infrastructure or program funding for your club. In support of SLSCs in NSW, SLSNSW provides a professional grant service at no fee to NSW SLSCs through the Surf Life Saving Foundation’s Grant Seeking Unit (GSU). The GSU is a national grant research and writing support unit for SLS entities across Australia.

2023-24 Volunteer GrantsThe Australian Government Volunteer Grants 2023-24 program has commenced opening for Expressions Of Interest (EOIs), with closing dates throughout August and September 2023. This program offers grants of between $1,000 and $5,000 to support the efforts of volunteers.
The Best Lifeguards are Members of your ClubDo you have Members looking for Work on the Beach? The Australian Lifeguard Service is on the hunt for new professional lifeguards to patrol NSW beaches. All the training they need is provided to get started. Forward the application link now because recruitment is now open and training begins in September.
Lifeguard Supervisor Roles AvailableThe Australian Lifeguard Service is currently hiring for Lifeguard Supervisor roles in Shoalhaven and Kempsey-Bellingen-Nambucca. A Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the lifeguard service in their specified Local Government Area (LGA) meets, or exceeds the obligations outlined in the contract. The Lifeguard Supervisor is also responsible for providing mentoring and guidance to Lifeguards in their catchment throughout the season. Email the ALS to register your interest or apply today.
