What's new?

 

Bulk Horse Reports

Bulk Horse Reports can now be sent via the App. Find yourself sending the same update for multiple horses? Whether it is a video update that features more than one horse, or potentially a quick note to let connections know a horse is having a jump out or trial, you can now easily select all relevant horses and send the same update with the click of a button.

 

Health Record

Simplified input with easy access to recent values and quick-select options for faster updates. Plus - a new graphic chart on the health details screen will help visualise recent records for better insights and tracking.

 

Add Voting Poll

You now have the ability to add a voting poll directly in the miStable App. Engage with your owners and gather options effortlessly.

 

Draft Update Improvements

There is now an added option to retain drafts even after updates are sent, giving you more control.

What is your favourite miStable feature?

The Voting Poll feature is a game changer for miStable clients! It's been one of the most requested additions this year, and for good reason. Whether it's naming a horse, RSVPing to an event, the possibilities are endless. It's a simple, effective way to gauge the majority's opinion and gather feedback. Plus, it’s a great way to keep owners engaged and involved in decision-making!

What excites you most about what miStable has coming up?

What excites me most about what's coming up for miStable is the rebrand! After 16 successful years, it’s the perfect time for a fresh update. The rebrand isn’t just about a new logo—it’s a complete overhaul of our shop front (website), designed to provide a more modern and polished experience. While the core of miStable, including the high-quality product and exceptional customer service, will remain the same, this redesign will make everything feel more intuitive, streamlined, and visually engaging.

A refreshed design means we can continue to innovate and stay relevant, while maintaining the same high standards that miStable users have come to expect. It's an exciting change that sets the stage for the next chapter in miStable's journey, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how it enhances the user experience!

Best part of the job?

The best part of my job at miStable is definitely the opportunity to connect with and support our client base. Whether it's helping them get the most out of the platform, answering questions, or receiving feedback to help improve the product, it's incredibly rewarding to be part of something that makes a real difference for equine industry participants.
