As we brave the North Carolina cold, I hope everyone has been getting back into the swing of things with your units, school-life, and/or work-life. As a reminder, our Conclave Work Days are always in need of helping hands. Please add these dates to your schedules, and register for them ASAP! February 8, 8:30AM-4:30PM, Cherokee Scout Reservation February 22, 8:30AM-4:30PM, Cherokee Scout Reservation March 15, 8:30AM-4:30PM, Cherokee Scout Reservation March 29, 8:30AM-4:30PM, Cherokee Scout Reservation Conclave registration is up and running! If you have never attended a Conclave before, I highly recommend you register as a delegate. To everyone who has already attended a Conclave, I would ask that you register as a staff member for this event. We need all hands on deck to help this event run smoothly for all. Our lodge season is ramping up, and our joint Spring Fellowship and Spring Induction on March 7-9 is growing closer. Help us celebrate our Medieval Theme by dressing up and coordinating with your chapter to bring the most spirit possible! If we’re determined to win the spirit award at Conclave this year, we must start with our chapter involvement at fellowship. I anticipate seeing all of your Medieval themed clothing and spirit items at Spring Fellowship! “Kindle all that is within you with a warm and cheerful spirit.” ~Nutiket Yours in Brotherhood, Aubreigh McPhail ![]() Staying current on your dues is important for the lodge and the national organization. Your annual fee helps support the events and activities that our lodge provides each year, and also helps support the region and national operation expense. Keeping your dues current will ensure you will continue to receive important communications from the lodge about upcoming events and opportunities you don’t want to miss. Please remember in order to remain an active member in the Order of the Arrow you must also maintain your registration with a scouting unit. For your convivence, dues can be paid online at https://scoutingevent.com/070-oadues2025 Spring Fellowship / Induction Weekend ![]() The Spring Fellowship is the first event in the lodge's 30th anniversary celebration. The four event patches for the 2025 year merge with a jacket patch to create a larger image (as displayed above). Upon your arrival at Fellowship, you will receive the “Spring Fellowship” portion of the patch. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss! After Spring Fellowship, there will not be any way to obtain this uncut patch ever again. The Spring Fellowship is a time to meet old friends, make new friends, and share in the enthusiasm of the Order. The Fellowships hosted by our lodge are one of the best ways to meet your fellow arrowmen, and absolutely all members of the lodge are invited and heavily encouraged to attend. This year, after much deliberation we are proud to announce a Medieval theme!! Please dress up in your best “Medieval outfit”; you could be a knight, a prince or princess, a king or queen, an apothecary, a jester, the list goes on! (Points for creativity) What is there to do?
Registration closes on Tuesday, March 4 at 11:59 pm. ![]() Conclave 2025 April 11-13, 2025 Join us on the weekend of April 11th through the 13th at Cherokee Scout Reservation for a weekend of fun and fellowship!
