EnviroGrants are open!

Calling all local environment heroes! If you need support restoring native habitats, delivering environmental education or providing care for our local wildlife, we want to help you! 

Your project could receive up to $10,000 in environmental grant funding. There are 5 different grants available, find out more here.

Applications are now open and close 13 March 2024.

If you're looking for some help in developing your application, why not attend one of the grant writings workshops to get all the tips and tricks. Council has upcoming sessions for you to attend.

Join a qualified bush regenerator on a guided walk to identify different weed species and learn the appropriate control methods. This workshop will provide you with skills to take home to help on your property.

ONE SMALL CHANGE, ONE BIG IMPACT

Calling all schools, businesses, community groups and individuals - step up and unite this Clean Up Australia Day!

Roll your sleeves up with friends, family, students or work colleagues to help keep our community clean and green on Sunday 3 March. It's easy to get involved!

  1. Find a location - you can search for a site to join or register your own clean up
  2. Rally your troops and spread the word 
  3. Head out on Clean Up Australia Day and collect litter

All register clean ups can dispose of waste for free at our waste and recycling facilities.
