Dear Eagles,

I hope you all enjoyed the wonderful weather this weekend! This week I highlight the Hispanic Latinx Heritage Month Opening Ceremony, the Career Center Art and Design Contest, and the Disability Services Open House.

As the semester progresses and campus life gets a bit hectic, I remind you to take time to relax and recharge. University Counseling Services offers a variety of resources to help you learn ways to manage stress including the opportunity to sign up for KORU Mindfulness sessions.

Finally, we have some exciting university-wide planning underway for Homecoming Week, October 3-9 (more to come soon). Part of this, includes the introduction of Homecoming Court for which we are seeking senior undergraduates to apply. See below for further details.

Sincerely,

Dr. Shawna Cooper Whitehead
Vice President for Student Affairs
