Senior School NoticesTERM 3 WEEK 3An Action-packed Week![]() Dear valued member of the PLC community, This week, we have celebrated Spirit Week which is the student-led initiative of our Year 11 CAS (Creativity, Activity, and Service) students. The group encouraged us all to celebrate the spirit of PLC. This has included activities such as meditations, disco day, crazy hair day, bring anything but a backpack day, and House spirit day. IB Students in ActionOur International Baccalaureate (IB) students have been very busy this week showing their knowledge and putting their initiatives into action. On Monday night, our Year 12 IB students presented their extended essays. The extended essay is an independent, self-directed piece of research, finishing with a 4,000-word paper. Focussing on a diverse range of topics, the students were supported by the expertise of our teaching staff, Ms Carol Jones (IB Administrator), and Ms Rebecca Garbenis (Head of IB Diploma Programme).
