WiEA 2026 was our fourth consecutive sell-out. But what made it special wasn’t the theatre or the stage.

When we said “NOT a conference”, we meant it. We wanted something more human. More honest. More connected. And once again, this community showed up exactly as it always does - generous, open, ready to support one another and ready to raise the bar for our industry.
