Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Monday 1 July, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 194 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due today at 11am
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 18:09hrs (previous week 18:05hrs) and for second submissions 2:49hrs (previous week 3:52hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Monday 1 July, morning, there were 1 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing lodgements due today at 11am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:30hrs (previous week 2:04hrs) and for second submissions 1:58hrs (previous week 2hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 1 July, morning, there were 51 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back today at 11am
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:18 hrs (previous week 2:37 hrs) and for second submissions 0:35 hrs (previous week 1:43 hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 16:13 hrs (previous week 14:50 hrs) and for second submissions was 3:52hrs (previous week 3hrs).
