Celebrating Melbourne's birthday on 30 August

'Impressive entries'

Take a bow, students of Victoria

A field of strong entries left our executive officer Kathryn Izzard little choice but to recommend seven finalists instead of six!

"We are delighted with the impressive entries. Our judges, as talented and decorated as they are, face a tough job," she said.

The finalists go to the last round: face-to-face interviews at Melbourne Town Hall on 20 August, where the overall winner is chosen.
