Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 2 days.
On Tuesday 3 June, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 195 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Tuesday at 11am.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 03:15 hrs (previous week 08:34hrs) and for second submissions 3:03 hrs (previous week 3:47hrs).
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 2 hours
On Tuesday 3 June, morning, there were 5 airfreight lodgements in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due back Tuesday at 9:23am.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:12 hrs (previous week 0:21hrs) and for second submissions 0:44 hrs (previous week 1:07hrs)
Australia queue
On Tuesday 3 June, morning, there were 30 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Tuesday at 10am.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:12 hrs (previous week 0:17hrs) and for second submissions 0:24 hrs (previous week 0:57hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 2:55 hrs (previous week 8:05hrs) and for second submissions was 2:46 hrs (previous week 3:45hrs)
