A pōwhiri will take place at the earlier time of 9.15 am (sharp) followed by a short morning tea and 30-minute walking tour of the marae/projects. The meeting proper will commence at approx. 10.45am (or at the earlier time of approx. 10.10 am if the tour does not proceed due to inclement weather) and will conclude at approx. 1:30pm, followed by lunch.
