The webinar, hosted by the National Collaborating Centre for Methods and Tools, will introduce users to the resources, provide an overview of how they were developed, and outline how they can be applied in practice. Stopping Domestic AbuseDr. Stephanie Montesanti’s – a CHC Scientist and lead for the Supporting Healthy Indigenous Communities Thematic Area – work on domestic and sexual violence supported the development of an innovative online hub for Albertans experiencing domestic abuse. Domestic Abuse Resource Hub is the first online tool in Canada to provide tailored information to specific population groups (e.g., elderly people) and offers a wide range of up-to-date resources. International Presence at G20 Summit Pre-eventDr. Simon Otto – a CHC Scientist and lead for the Healthy Environments Thematic Area – was one of the nine international experts in antimicrobial resistance and use (ARM/AMU) invited to speak at the G20 summit pre-event in June 2022. |
