Providing ongoing education and support to stakeholders is WorkCover WA’s priority, so it is pleasing to announce the release of Foundations of Workers’ Compensation: Claims Managers and the Claims Managers Capability Framework. Both products were developed with the guidance and input of stakeholders, and target the needs of a specific stakeholder group, claims managers.
