Thoroughbred Payments Integration

We’re excited to announce that miStable is now fully integrated with Thoroughbred Payments! Owners can now pay via direct debit and manage all payments conveniently through their Owner App wallet.

To get started, follow the help guide below for step-by-step instructions on setting up Thoroughbred Payments, including mailing direct debit request forms.

Credit Notes for GST-Registered

We've released an update to make Credit Notes easier and more accurate for GST compliance.

GST Registration Toggle per Contact: You can now set whether a contact is GST-registered in Edit Contact → Billing Settings. The GST registration status is also visible under the Billings tab in Manage Contact.
When creating a Credit Note for a horse, you'll now see the option to Apply GST to GST-registered only or Apply GST to All.
GST Calculation in Credit Notes: GST is applied according to the Tax Type you select when creating a Credit Note.
- First, choose the relevant Receivable Account.
- Then, select the Tax Type.
- To make things clearer, the Tax Rate is now displayed directly in the Credit Note form.
- Refreshed Credit Note Details: The Credit Note details screen has been redesigned for a more user-friendly experience
