Note that all students are required to complete a Pre-Participation Physical is required annually for all students with the form signed by the physician. This form is included in the enrollment packets linked below.
Please Tell Us About Your Students Travel Plans!
However your student travels to and from campus, we need to know about it so we get them safely to and from you to us. For each break, including arrival, we ask that you let Abbi Kennedy, [travel@wasatchacademy.org] our Travel Coordinator, know about your student's travel arrangements by completing the Travel Details Forms included in the New Student Enrollment Forms and the Returning Student Enrollment Forms. If you are driving your student to and from campus, we need to know this as well. Thank you!
WASATCH CARES PACKAGE
Sponsor for only $30 each!
The first day on campus continues to be one of the most memorable events in students' boarding school experience. It's is a special time and we'd love to give each student a special Wasatch Cares welcome from you by sponsoring a care package. Your sponsorship includes an opportunity for you to send an encouraging message or story that we will include in their package.
This year's Wasatch Cares gift includes a Wasatch Academy t-shirt, friendship bracelet, tiger sticker and more. The packaging is a sturdy Polyweave reusable zipper bag.
Providing students a warm welcome with a Wasatch Cares package is also an opportunity to send personalized notes of encouragement and Wasatch Academy stories. You can designate a specific student, one who is new to Wasatch, one who is a senior or let us find just the right student to receive this gift on your behalf. We will include your message right in the pouch.

CLASS SCHEDULES
All returning students should have received their class schedule for the 2023 - 2024 academic year last week. For questions please contact our Registrar, AnneMarie Lund.
All students new to Wasatch Academy will receive their class schedule for the 2023 - 2024 academic year on Arrival Day.
POWERSCHOOL
PowerSchool is your access to all of the information available about your student's grades, attendance, schedule, tuition invoicing, and more. Click here to see the PowerSchool website.
Access for current families is the same as in previous years.
New families will receive an email with the information needed to create your account including the student's name, access ID and access password.
If you have not received this email, cannot find your account, or want assistance navigating PowerSchool, please email ParentSupport@WasatchAcademy.org.

This is an opportunity to learn about the August 27th arrival day schedule, the first week of school for your student, and to ask any questions that you have on your mind regarding your student's transition to life on campus at Wasatch Academy.

Pack your camping gear and bring it on Arrival Day. The class of 2024 is going to Moab for hiking in Arches National Park, biking, rafting the Colorado River, and camping out!
All 12th grade and post graduate students will participate in this 3-day camping experience.

After the day of settling in your student, please plan to join us in the Engineering Arts courtyard for an opportunity to wind down and chat with other families, faculty and staff. A light dinner and drinks will be served.
