Click here March 2026Westminster City Council have now published the two high street Place Strategies for Praed Street and Westbourne Grove, Queensway and Porchester Road. The strategy proposals follow extensive public engagement in August and September 2025. They include the publication of a Praed Street Art Program and Retail Strategy. Commissioned by local artist Richard Neergaard, his Bubbly statue is located at the top of the escalators to the right of the new Bakerloo line entrance at Paddington Square.
