We’re so excited to finally officially open our brand-new beauty rooms! We’re absolutely delighted with how they’ve turned out and hope you love them as much as we do. It’s been a busy few months, but we’re so pleased to see the finished space come together.

SAY HELLO TO OUR BRAND NEW MACHINE-BASED FACIALS
We’re so excited to introduce our completely refreshed machine-based facial treatments - with new products, new techniques and even better results.
We’ve changed the entire facial experience from start to finish, with a real focus on hydration, skin renewal and anti-ageing.
💧 MORE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS. BETTER RESULTS.
We’ve completely changed the products used within our facials. Instead of having 10 different gels, we’ve streamlined these down to just 4 highly active gels.
Each gel now contains a combination of active ingredients, meaning your therapist can target multiple skin concerns at the same time - for example, helping to address fine lines, signs of ageing, dehydration and pigmentation within the same treatment.

We’ve also replaced our previous oxygenation stage with Vitaluronic Serum.
This treatment helps to infuse hyaluronic acid and 5 essential vitamins deeper into the skin, helping to boost hydration and support a more youthful, plump and radiant appearance.

It’s not just the products that have changed -

Our Gift Vouchers Have Had an Upgrade!
We’ve recently made some changes to the way we offer our online gift vouchers.
Firstly, we would like to apologise to anyone who has recently purchased one of our online gift vouchers and has not received the smooth, top-notch service you have come to expect from us. Unfortunately, we have experienced a number of technical issues with our previous voucher system, and we know this may have caused frustration and inconvenience.

Thank you for all the lovely gifts, flowers and kind messages. I have been completely overwhelmed by the kindness you have all shown me, and it has meant so much.
Although I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter, leaving you all is very bittersweet, and I will miss you all very, very much.
Thank you for all the wonderful memories over the years. It has been such a privilege to have looked after so many of you, and I will always be grateful for your support and friendship.
