QLDC Winter Road Report - 25 August 2023

Happy Friday everyone! 

The temps are a little cooler out there this morning and the road surfaces are largely dry. 

Grit has been applied around Arrow Junction and CMA has been sprayed on roads around Arrowtown and Dalefield to help stop ice forming.  

You can expect a bit of fog around Kingston, so if you're traveling through here this morning remember to dim those lights and take it slow.  

Finally, we're proud and excited to be supporting Winter Pride, kicking off today in Queenstown.   Just like our whole district, the week-long event represents community, diversity, love, visibility, safety and inclusion.  Welcome to everyone coming to town to celebrate - have a fabulous time!
