Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Monday 16th March, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 523 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 2:48pm.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 15:28 hrs (previous week 17:25hrs) and for second submissions 2:14 hrs (previous week 3:17hrs).
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours.
On Monday 16th March, morning, there were 4 airfreight lodgements in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 10am.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:00 hrs (previous week 1:56 hrs) and for second submissions 0:39 hrs (previous week 2:03 hrs).
Australia queue
On Monday 16th March, morning, there were 119 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Monday at 3:07pm.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:12hrs (previous week 1:55hrs) and for second submissions 0:39 hrs (previous week 1:41hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 13:17hrs (previous week 14:35hrs) and for second submissions was 1:51hrs (previous week 2:53hrs)
