Healthy communities, strong partnerships

388,000 Western Australians face an impossible choice every day: food or essentials?

This isn't just a statistic - it's happening right now in your community. Families are forced to choose between rent and groceries, medication and meals.

But there’s something your local council or organisation can do to help build healthier communities.

nom! isn't just about cooking - it's about empowerment. We equip participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to make healthy eating choices on a budget.

We've been teaching these essential skills for 16 years, tailoring our programs to a range of communities - kids, families, youth, seniors, culturally diverse groups, and more. In 2023 alone, nom! reached over 4,540 people across WA.

Participating in one of our nom! sessions can connect you to your local community and empower you for a healthy future.

  • Sport Nutrition Best Practices: Implement strategies that work.

But that’s not all! Post-run recovery is equally crucial. We will guide you not only on soothing those sore muscles but also on selecting the right foods to repair muscle fibers. Additionally, we’ll share strategies to help you bounce back faster after each run.
