Women's Social Group 

Join us for a gentle, creative and uplifting music‑based session designed to help women relax, connect, and express themselves through movement, sound, and rhythm.

Led by Carolina Corvalán, an arts therapist who works with creativity, movement, and simple neuroscience‑informed practices, this workshop supports women navigating emotional change, personal growth, and everyday wellbeing.

In this playful and nurturing session, we will explore a guided meditation, sound mirroring, musical statues, a creative drawing activity and a lively group singing experience. Together, we’ll discover how voice, movement, and rhythm can help regulate the body, release tension, spark laughter, and foster genuine connection.
