The Principal, Council and St Andrew’s College community honour the life of John Taylor (Fr 1968) who died peacefully at home early on Saturday 16th November after a 6 month battle with cancer.
John resided at St Andrew's College whilst studying Veterinary Science the University of Sydney. He was a member of the Rawson Athletics team and Rawson Rugby team whilst at College and became a winger for the Wallabies in
1971, playing for his country 4 times. After completing his degree, he followed in his father's footsteps, becoming a pioneer of veterinary practice in New South Wales.
The Taylor family are held strongly in our thoughts and our dearest sympathy is extended to all who knew him.
There will be a private cremation taking place this week and a gathering of family and close friends on Saturday 23rd November.
