TULIP WAND CONSULTATION Westminster City Council has launched a Tulip Cycle Wands consultation which will be open until 15 July 2025. They are trialling a brand-new cycle lane safety feature in Sussex Gardens. The trial will last for 24 months, during which they will assess the effectiveness of the wands in terms of safety, public perception, maintenance, and overall aesthetic quality.
