Hi there

It’s been a tricky start to the year, but staying positive and busy is important. Anyone who knows me knows I’m all about getting out there and making things happen.

How much do I love Bruce Williams? Our conversation this month was fantastic! I went to high school with Bruce and have followed his career for many years—it's a great and inspiring read.

This month, I also had the pleasure of meeting and signing some fabulous new talent and assistants. Plus, you’ll find links to Season 1 of my podcast When Harri Met Sally with Harriet Tarbuck—tune in and have a listen!

Love, Sally

I read Sally's book, not once but twice, and I totally loved it each time! It was a wonderful reminder of the journey we go on in being a creative person, the sometimes lemons, sometimes sweet lemonade scenarios, the times of self reflection, the character building and the search for meaning in what we do and why we do it. Not to mention that every page turn was a colourful illustrative delight and that Sally's personality and wit shone through in her beautifully crafted narrative. 🙌💖✨

A QUICK READ

Work Smarter Not Harder | by Sally Brownbill

After 25+ years in the creative industry, it’s only in the last few that I’ve truly realised, we are not saving lives.

By that I mean an unread email can wait until morning, the 7 AM text can wait until after your morning exercise, and the so-called Friday night emergency for Monday can sit over the weekend. If you can respond ASAP, do so but not while you’re enjoying an evening with friends or family.

A few years back, I realised something had to change...
