Also check out other April programming... ![]() SCHEDULE ALERTNO POOL SHOWERS FRIDAY (3/28): 6AM-4PM![]() Dear Valued Customer, The Mount Rainier Pool will have critical repairs to both the men's and women's showers this Friday, March 28 between 6am and 4pm. If anything changes on timeline, we will send an update out to all email subscribers.The goal is to close the women's showers until 9am, and complete the men's room afterwards. Although this closure is an estimate, we cannot guarantee the exact times, so we guarantee showering at home. If the project is completed early, we will send out an update. COMING IN APRIL We hope to see you and your family this April. See below for some great and affordable opportunities. FIRST SATURDAY $1 SWIM: APRIL 5, 1-2PM April 5th from 1-2pm will be the $1 swim. Just a reminder that all children swim free now through August 31 at all family and open swims, thanks to a grant through King County Parks. Click here for more information. NOW OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK The Mount Rainier Pool is now open 7 days a week including Sundays. All seven days have family and lap swim opportunities, and water walking. Click here to view our schedule. SPRING BREAK LIFEGUARDING CLASS We still have openings in our Spring Break Lifeguarding Class that will be held April 7-11. The class is free to those willing to work at the Mount Rainier Pool. Click here for more information. APRIL POOL'S DAY-APRIL 12TH, 1-3PM Swim lessons are a great way to prevent drowning, but other hidden dangers exist. This event will teach children to know the water's limits and adequately use a life jacket. This will help your children be safer in other aquatic environments. The last hour of the event will include a free open swim for participants and their families. Click here for more information on the event. The showers are a critical part of your experience as showering before and after helps provide cleaner and safer water, and showering after is also important.
