This landmark scheme reimagines this Strategic Industrial Location, unlocking its potential as a vibrant, sustainable gateway and breathing yet more life into one of London’s most dynamic growth areas. Working for Beyond Collaboration alongside UMC Architects, the development will deliver four flexible industrial buildings alongside next-generation Class E workspace, all woven together with nature.
Our vision integrates nature throughout the public realm with vertical greening, tree-lined avenues, and a connection to the River Brent’s ecological corridor. Our first B Corp Impact Report is coming soon, marking a major milestone in our journey as a Certified B Corporation. It celebrates the values that have shaped M+A for over two decades while charting our path towards an even more positive future. The report showcases how we’re using business to enact change as we look ahead to recertification in 2027. Both a reflection and a roadmap, it captures our progress and our priorities as we continue to create landscapes - and a legacy - for people, place, and planet.
