Principals and representatives from local schools came together to discuss the issues they experience, particularly during drop-off and pick-up times. We discussed solutions for easing bottle necks and protecting children and carers. We also discussed ways the schools can collaborate with each other and how the children and wider community can make school road safety a priority. New ideas and improvements will be put to Council to implement. If you have any feedback or ideas on school road safety, please send them through to me.
