Additional MOA Webinar Dates about the Provincial Attachment System (PAS)

The Ministry of Health, in partnership with Doctors of BC (DoBC), and Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of BC (NNPBC), are hosting additional webinar sessions for MOAs about the Provincial Attachment System (PAS)! The additional webinar will be held on July 24, from 12-1pm.

The webinar will include informative content for Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to support them in using the Provincial Attachment System. Examples of how MOAs can use PAS to support primary care providers include updating patient panels in the Panel Registry, updating clinic information in the Clinic and Provider Registry, and supporting local attachment efforts. Supporting MOAs to complete PAS tasks can streamline PAS use in local clinics.

Webinar topics will include:

  • Overview and goals for the PAS;
  • How MOAs can request endorsement to use the PAS;
  • A PAS demo of tasks to complete once they are endorsed including updating clinic registry information, panel capacity and more.
  • Opportunities for MOAs to ask questions about using the PAS.

Future webinars on more advanced topics including attachment management and Most Responsible Provider (MRP) clarification are also in the process of being planned.
