I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to continue serving our wonderful community and advancing our collective goals. Looking ahead to 2024, my commitment to our Local Government Area remains steadfast. Together with a dedicated and professional team of councillors and executives, I am eager to maintain the positive momentum that has made Strathfield such a great place to live. I would also like to extend my congratulations to Cr Sandy Reddy for election as Deputy Mayor of Strathfield. This marks a historic moment in our Council’s history as it may be the first time both the Mayor and Deputy Mayor positions have been held by women. I am truly honoured to be part of this milestone and am enthusiastic about collaborating with Cr Reddy to realise our shared vision for Strathfield.
