Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.

Sea freight queue

For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 2 days.

On Monday 20 January, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 215 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 11:33am

Last week:  average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 7:07 hrs (previous week 5:44hrs) and for second submissions 2:45 hrs (previous week 2:47 hrs).

Airfreight queue

For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 2 hours

On Monday 20 January, morning, there were 2 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 10:35am.

Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:11 hrs (previous week 0:08hrs) and for second submissions 0:30 hrs (previous week 0:20hrs).

Australia queue

On Monday 20 January, morning, there were 4 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Monday at 10:35am

Last week:

Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:09 hrs (previous week 0:07hrs) and for second submissions 0:30 hrs (previous week 0:17hrs)

Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 3:05 hrs (previous week 4:00hrs) and for second submissions was 1.32 hrs (previous week 1:50hrs).
