For the 2025 Section E8 Cardinal Conclave, Tsoiotsi Tsogalii serves as the service lodge (staff).  We will also send a delegation (participants). 

For a limited time, our Arrowmen are able to pre-order Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge staff and delegation memorabilia by visiting https://scoutingevent.com/070-conclavepreorder.  Don't delay, the deadline is Friday, February 28th and supplies are limited.

Conclave is April 11-13 at Cherokee Scout Reservation.

This is the Conclave Delegation Dangle that is included with the Conclave Delegation Flap (displayed above).  Both patches (Delegation Flap and Dangle) can be purchased for $7.50 per set.

Our lodge will be hosting the Section E-8 Conclave in 2025.  To prepare for this event, the following Workdays will take place at Cherokee Scout Reservation from 8am-4pm

Those that attend all day will receive one service flap (shown above) with the opportunity to purchase one additional flap each workday.  There will be a $5.00 charge for lunch during registration.  The second, optional, special service patch will also cost $5.00 and will be available at 4 PM during these special work days.  Again, you must check-in at 8 am and be present at 4 pm to receive your special patch and to have the option to purchase a second one for only $5.00.
