While the system has been live now for a few days, we expect you have not had much need to investigate it yet. We’ve put together some tips and tasks that will help you feel more comfortable as you start to take on financial aid tasks within Workday. Review financial topics on workday.wustl.edu/student by choosing “I need help with… Student Financials & Financial Aid.” Here you’ll find tasks and reference materials for both those who manage financial aid and those who manage student financials. You may find student financials materials useful for awareness. Ramp-up: June-July, 2025(Look for more details and reminders closer to these items.) Late June 2025: Information related to financial aid awards for MD years 2-4 begins flowing between PowerFAIDS and Workday. Early July 2025: Information related to financial aid awards for all other students begins flowing between PowerFAIDS and Workday. After information related to financial aid awards starts flowing between PowerFAIDS and Workday, use Workday to view students’ anticipated aid amounts, view disbursed financial aid within Student Financials, and refund extra money after student balances have been paid. How do I get help with Workday Student?Students, faculty, and staff can continue to get help with Workday Student during in-person or virtual office hours through May 9, 2025. You also can access step-by-step tutorials and other resources in the moment as you are working in the system from the Workday at WashU website.
